Flowing through the heart of New England, the Connecticut River traces the history and development of the region. Used and abused for resources and power, the river is now becoming a prized resource to the people of New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts and Connecticut.
These images result from my 10 year book project on the Connecticut River which is being published by Wesleyan University Press in 2009. These four galleries detail the four geographic areas of the Connecticut River.
